Child & Family Center’s Taste of the Town, something we all look forward to each year, is a true gift to the community!  Known for 21 years as an epicurean delight featuring more than 30 of the community’s best loved food and wine establishments, Taste of the Town is a must-do experience on your social and charitable calendar.
Child & Family Center has served the local community for 32 years as a place where children with emotional and behavioral challenges are cared for in a caring and nurturing environment staffed by professionals.  For more than two decades the Center has hosted Taste of the Town as a way to highlight the very finest dining experiences available to us while providing direct funding for the services provided at the Center.

This year, as a gift to the community when financial worries abound, the Child & Family Center is bringing the price down temporarily to help our friends continue their support for the children and families served every day at the Center.  Reserved tickets (seated at tables with shade umbrellas) have come down from $100 to $85, and General Admission tickets (strolling, sampling and sipping) have been reduced for this year from $75 to $50.

And Food, Glorious Food, isn’t everything you’ll get!  Oh no, far from it!  Event Co-Chairs Debbie and John Heys and Ginger and Mark LeVang are excited to announce that Mark’s great group, Mark LeVang and Friends will be back by popular demand with their amazing music.  Like last year, Princess Cruises has once again offered a spectacular cruise to be won.  One of the best silent auctions ever will also be featured along with the famous Diamond Drop from Classic Designs Jewelry.  And there’s really so much more!

So please save the date for the 2009 Taste of the Town – Sunday, May 3, 1:00-5:00 at the lush Mann Biomedical Park, for wining, dining and dancing, dancing, dancing!
