The plastic models bring a new dimension to the home designing experience by providing a clear view of the home’s interior and exterior and how all aspects interact, the model’s interactive construction allows the client to remove the roof and split the floors, revealing the interior floor plan and instantly uncover all aspects of the home even the furniture, the models are painted and textured to the exact color spec of the home they are an accurate, durable replica of the project in ABS, the Interactive models reveal interior floor plan, exterior detail includes all stone, tile and texture, Interior detail includes all fixtures and appliances.
The benefits of using a 3D model are fantastic: A quicker city and or community approval, a client design and communication tool, a 100 percent accurate floor plan. The models are generally built at a quarter scale (one-inch equals four-feet). However, we can build models as big or as small as it takes to better communicate a customer design. The cost is built into the building or remodeling price and our customers get to keep a real nice replica of their home in just a few days.
Upon finishing the models we sand, texture and paint them to match it to any color code you request. We will use the exact paint used on your final project to ensure accuracy and help the customer envision his space the best way possible.
