Just the other day I received an e-mail text message from a young reader, who happened to be out and about at Magic Mountain. Santa Clarita resident Brianna Rogers made the call and texted me a picture when she spotted actress Francia Raisa at Magic Mountain. Francia plays Adrian Lee on The Secret Life of the American Teenager. You may recognize her from the film Bring It On: All or Nothing, where she was the tough cheerleader named Leti.
Castaic resident, Andrew Olafsson got the opportunity to snap a photo with Australian alternative rock band, Sick Puppies while they were filming for their new music video. Andrew along with other children were invited on the set to participate in the video. Andrew is seen with bass player Emma Anzai, drummer Mark Goodwin and lead vocals Shimon Moore.
Sixteen-year-old Korney Eurton spotted teen hearthrob Taylor Lautner. “I saw him at Chi Chi’s restaurant in Saugus,” states Kortney, “and he was kind enough to take a photo with me.” Actor Taylor Lautner starred as Jacob Black in the 2008 film Twilight. Taylor is starring in the upcoming film, The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Taylor has also starred in movies such as Cheaper by the Dozen and had the starring role as Sharkboy in Sharkboy and Lavagirl.
Country music singer LeAnn Rimes was spotted at the Valencia Country Club by Valencia resident Chris Everette a few weeks back. The popular singer was swarmed by paparazzi at the gate! Rimes has had many hits on the billboard and won many awards for her work.
