Major League Baseball’s Roger “The Rocket” Clemens was seen at the Tournament Players Club in Valencia awhile back. Director of Sales and Marketing for TPC Valencia, Anthony Falasca stated, “Clemens’ son Kobe Clemens plays for the Jethawks minor league team in Lancaster so he was out here to see him. He signed a ton of stuff and was a great guy.”
Roger Clemens won seven Cy Young Awards in his career, winning his first World Series in 1999 with the New York Yankees.
Operation Repo’s Matt Burch was seen at the Route 66 Car Show last month. “He was super nice,” states Santa Clarita resident, Tiffany Martin. Matt was kind enough to take a pic with twins Austin and Kayla Martin. Operation Repo began in 2008 and airs on truTV.
Singer/Songwriter Mishavonna was entertaining Santa Claritans at the Rockin’ Summer Nights concert series at the Westfield Valencia Town Center. In 2008, Mishavonna got her “Golden Ticket” to Hollywood and was one of the top 36 semi-finalists for the popular American Idol television series.
He plays Woody on the hit teen series The Suite Life on Deck. Matthew Timmons was spotted not only once, but also twice here in Santa Clarita! Santa Clarita resident Jared Tope spotted the actor at the mall last month. Another SCV resident, Krysten, sighted Matthew at the local Menchies Frozen Yogurt in Canyon Country. Matthew works alongside Dylan and Cole Sprouse, Brenda Song, and Ashley Tisdale to name a few. The series is a spin-off of the Disney Channel original series The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.
