The Castaic Mission of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church
For more than eight years, a faithful group of parishioners from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Newhall have been gathering for weekly Mass at one of the local, Castaic elementary schools. The Castaic Mission church, as it is called, began in early 1999 at Live Oak Elementary. Since then, our parish, along with the rest of Castaic has grown rapidly. We now meet at Castaic’s newest school, Northlake Hills Elementary School, located at the top of Ridge Route Road in Castaic, every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. The Mission offers the weekly Mass, a Bible study group, a Rosary group, and a building fund committee.

The completion of the 18,000-square-foot gymnasium, site design and construction of the new expanded skate park, out-door basketball courts and multi-use athletic fields is estimated at $16.1 million.
