One Source of Stress Is Right Before Your Eyes!
Computers. To most of us, it’s hard to remember how we ever got our job done without them. More than 143 million Americans use a computer at work every day. And if you spend more than two hours a day in front of a computer, you could be among the estimated 125 million people suffering from Computer Vision Syndrome or CVS.
Does Your Spinal Decompression Twist, Flex, or Rotate?
To understand spinal decompression, you must first understand the importance of your discs. Located between each vertebra is a cartilage disc. This disc is to act as a spacer to keep the vertebrae apart. It also acts as a rubber bushing, providing a spinal shock absorber. They also provide a specialized surface for each vertebra to mechanically move on. This movement is necessary to nourish the discs.

Is Your Pap Enough? Too Much? Or Just Right?
Thanks to the commercials for Gardasil, the vaccination against HPV (human papillomavirus), more women of all ages know of its connection to cervical cancer. But do they realize that eight out of 10 adults will have HPV at some point in their lives? Or that cervical cancer remains the second most common cancer in women worldwide, despite the fact that the Pap test has been available for over 50 years?
Getting Back to Basics
I have a question. What would happen if you ate and digested the perfect diet created just for you? Would you feel better or worse? Do you think your weight would normalize and would your overall health and well-being begin to improve radically?
My experience is that chronic problems such as heartburn, gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, arthritis, high blood pressure, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and weight gain improve greatly.
Aging with a Plan
Aging is a fact of life that we will all face during our lifetimes. However, what is different about aging is that it is not something that we typically study and become proficient in. Rather, aging often creeps up on us and, once apparent, requires immediate attention. The issues of aging are also unique in that people usually only get one try. In other words, we simply do not get the opportunity to learn from our mistakes and “do it better” or “try harder” the next time.
But, I’ve Tried Everything! Really?
Often times I see people who are at the end of their rope when trying to fix or change their lives. They claim they’ve tried everything: medication, acupuncture, diet changes, etc. My response is: Really? Everything? Everything is a lot! When I ask if they’ve done any research or read books, specifically on that topic, most of the times the response is no. So, what makes us believe that we’ve done everything? In this day and age, there’s a need for a quick fix for everything. If someone has a weight problem, instead of actually working on it, they may choose to go under the knife or take harmful chemicals to reduce their appetite and increase their energy.

A Woman’s Secret
Most women are happy to share stories regarding their upgraded bra sizes and tummy tightening procedures, but they rarely are comfortable discussing details of their vaginal anatomy, even among friends. But this shouldn’t be the case. Just like breasts, this unique feature of women’s bodies comes in different sizes and shapes. While all aspects of a woman’s body are beautiful, many women find themselves embarrassed or insecure regarding the appearance of their labia.
