The skin is such a unique and resilient organ. Take time to understand how the right treatments can benefit your skin. Many of my friends think I am crazy when I do my chemical peels on myself.
They say, “Oh my god, how can you do that to yourself?” Yet at the same time when we go out, they will comment on how beautiful my skin looks or how I have such a great glow to my skin. Be willing and be open to realize it takes time and dedication to do the right combination of treatments to get the desired results.
Monthly Reminder: There are moments in life that touch our hearts and we understand the bigger picture of why we are here. Are you honoring those moments? Are you living your life the way you really want to? I have taken great awareness in changing my focus. I listen and I pay attention to those fleeting thoughts. For example, if I think of someone I haven’t talked to for some time, I honor the fact that they came to my mind and I make sure I contact them and let them know they were on my mind.
Most often, they will say, “Wow I really needed to talk to you!” I live in the present moment, and make all things count. Even if something that comes my way isn’t as pleasant, I adjust my thinking and find the value in it. Make all the moments count and realize how awesome life can be.
