If you are looking for superior service, fresh flavor and a friendly atmosphere, Forever Geisha is the restaurant for you.  It was a pleasure to come to Forever Geisha for my dining experience as well as meet manager Allan Gao.
Allan truly wanted to make my meal special so he began by asking about my experience with sushi and Japanese cuisine.  Just as any excellent host would, he took the time to understand what I was comfortable with and chose a few items to begin.
Tender, flavorful, buttery and fresh are all perfect adjectives to describe my first plate.  The Chirashi Sushi plate ($18.95) features albacore, clam, salmon, and tuna and is topped with a tempura shrimp.  The albacore was tender and flavorful.  The tuna was so fresh it just melted in my mouth.  The clam was meaty yet smooth with a mild flavor.  I truly enjoyed it!  The salmon was one of the freshest and best-cut bites I have had in this town.  There were no tough pieces to get through and the size was right on the mark.  There was no fighting with it, it was just perfection!
The Popcorn Lobster ($7.95) is an explosion of flavor bite after bite.  This dish is perfect for any diner, young and old.  The small bites of popcorn lobster make this dish perfect for children and the bold flavor will keep adults ordering this dish meal after meal.
When the next plate arrived I felt a smile emerge uncontrollably.  The Sexy Salmon Roll ($7.95) is just that – Sexy!  Simple, elegant and fresh, the flavors in this roll meld like they were meant to be together.  Filled with salmon, gobo, avocado and crab then wrapped with cucumber, this roll has no rice in it, but trust me you are not missing a thing.  I had to stop myself from eating the entire thing or I would have filled up too fast.
The Magic Mountain Roll ($7.95) was truly a thrill!  This sauce will make you scream with happiness.  Thrills and chills of delight filled my bones as I enjoyed each piece.  Topped with salmon and tuna and filled with shrimp tempura, avocado, spicy tuna and cucumber, the sauce is the final finishing touch that makes this roll a winner!  I would put this sauce on everything.  The flavor is a knock out!
A nice break in my meal came in the form of some sushi.  It was a pleasure to try new things and just fell in love with the Escolar Sushi ($3.50).  Soft and tender, the fish was topped with a tangy ponzu sauce and topped with fresh red onion.  This fish has a mild and buttery flavor that is enhanced by the red onions and complimented by the ponzu.  Served with two pieces, I could have gladly ate four to six.  Escolar sushi is a must have with every dining experience at forever Geisha.
My finishing plate was the Iron Monkey Roll ($7.95).  Deep fried spicy tuna with baked lobster and scallops make this one of the few cooked rolls featured on the Forever Geisha menu.  The lobster and scallops were tenderly cooked to perfection.  None of that chewy business you get at some places.  The crunch adds wonderful texture to the spicy tuna and the creaminess of the avocado blends it all together for an exquisite taste.
Forever Geisha has festive, inviting décor and the chef’s are friendly and joyful.  They are happy to welcome guests for all occasions including Valentine’s Day and have five private booths where you can enjoy the day of love in a quiet and intimate setting.
