Re-epithealization is a term to describe what happens to the skin once it begins a process of recovering from a peel, or a light acid treatment, or microdermabrasion. This process is a miraculous turn around in the skin as the outer layers of the skin begin to shed, while the deeper layers of the skin start to reactivate collagen.
The goal of peels and light acids, etc. are to help transform the biochemistry of the skin. What is revealed is refined texture, and tightening, as well as more clarity, and the skin looks healthier and more vibrant. Yes it has a few days of what I consider as down time. Meaning you don’t look your best. The skin is dry and tight, and then the skin sheds off much like a sunburn. But most rewardingly, the days following that exfoliation process is why we do it. The skin is lovely, refreshed, and glowing. What is necessary is an intelligent plan to make a commitment and take charge of caring for your skin. Take time to figure out your goals and what you can do to achieve them. Say goodbye to breakouts, say goodbye to tired dull skin, and get excited about caring for the only skin you have. It really makes a difference when you put energy into you.

We are far more powerful than we know! Yet when we take time to harness negative thinking, and realign ourselves, all things become possible. The truth is you cannot have a negative thought at the same time you are having a positive thought. Make the higher choice for yourself.
