• Walking is an ideal activity for weight loss. It’s easy, inexpensive, improves the strength of your muscles in your legs, abdomen and back. Also, you can usually walk further than you can run.

• Running up and down your stairs
Other ways: parking your car further away so you have to walk more, taking the stairs instead of the elevators when possible and if you have a two story house, carry less items when you go up and down stairs so you have to make more trips.
