Elizabeth Hopp Honored – 2015 Zonta Tribute

Elizabeth Hopp was this year’s Zonta Tribute honoree for her leadership and commitment to the Santa Clarita community. Event Co-chairs Adele Macpherson and Lois Bauccio worked together to hold the annual auction for the Zonta 2015 Tribute to Women dinner, which took place Friday, November 6, at the Hyatt Regency  Valencia. Auction items included: front-row seating for the annual 4th of July Parade in Downtown Newhall, Disney Ultimate Adventure, dinner packages, entertainment opportunities in the Santa Clarita Valley, season VIP passes for Santa Clarita’s Concerts in the Park series next summer, and a weekend in a beach house in Maui for 12!
Silent auction items included: wine, hotel stays, gourmet kitchen packages, tickets to Knott’s Berry Farm, and sports memorabilia. Keyes Automotive was the platinum sponsor for this year’s tribute. The annual tribute dinner is Zonta’s chief fundraiser, supporting local and global programs to improve the lives of women and girls. For the last several years, the event has been formatted to salute successful women like Elizabeth Hopp.
