 Well it’s the time of the year for New Years Resolutions.  Have you made any?  I can almost bet you have.  We all do and somehow we start out strong with intentions of eating right, working out, being more on time, driving slower and the list goes on and on.
Over time most of the list falls to the wayside and we are left disappointed with ourselves once again.  I don’t know about you but I am not good with disappointment.  I try hard to either change what I don’t like or learn to like what I am.
