En-Joy!

 With the New Year comes a new excitement.  We are all so focused on what we want to bring into this New Year, as well as what we want to let go of.  It is a special time of great focus and great enthusiasm. I think what comes to my mind the most, is being more joyful.  Enjoying the daily moments of our life.  The small things.  Your morning routine, your daily errands, and whatever is in your path.  Find the enjoyment.  I find that it isn’t as hard as you think.  Sometimes we just need to re-align ourselves.  Perhaps take a breath, look at the sky, think on “good things”.  It can shift your mood, and your attitude like no other.  In a split second we can shift our mood when we are being diligent about where we are putting our energy.
Problems must inevitably arise, but they can only be a blessing, because it is through these problems that we rise higher in consciousness and through that rising, harmony is brought into our daily life.  Make your moment count, and remember you are in the driver’s seat! There comes a time when joy and happiness are what really matters.
My commitment to my business and what I have created at The Goddess Within, is being more present.  When I am present I am so much more creative, I am so much more spontaneous, and great ideas and ways of doing things come to me.  At this point in my career, there is so much that has happened in the skin care world, as well as many different ways to go about transforming the skin.  The combinations and the procedures really do deliver results.
