Preparing for Greatness

Each moment lends to the next moment. It is like a time continuum. Our thoughts make it so. The discipline of the mind is crucial. It is like a diet shall we say. For example, not eating the chocolate cake—we know it is going to taste so delicious, but it is not what we want for our body. We don’t want the fat and sugar fueling our energy. We know that if we make a higher choice there will be improved results. The funny thing is, it seems as though it is a constant struggle of making that higher choice. I cease to understand when we know it is the best things for us. But what is rather cool, is that when you are in a state of awareness the higher choices become more effortless. Yes, it is true. I am experiencing the results in my own life and it is awesome. Take a moment to prepare for a greater way of living, and make room for your own individual greatness.

In terms of skin-prepping and preparing our strategy, can make a huge difference. At some magical point it all comes together to make that difference. Exfoliation plays a role by shedding the skin of old cells that no longer serve a purpose, then we can stimulate the collagen properly. By doing so there is more cellular turnover that creates success in healthy glowing skin. Hydrating the skin then gives back to the skin, much like gardening. When we fertilize the soil, the soil regains the proper vitamins and nutrients it needs to produce. It really is up to you to decide what kind of energy you want to put to your skin in order to produce the results you would like! It doesn’t have to be complicated, and it doesn’t have to break your bank. Getting educated is the key. So often my clients will share what they are using, but they really don’t know why they are using what they are using. They say, “oh my dermatologist said I should get it.” Well the first step is in the understanding. So as you invest in you, make sure you have a keen understanding what and why you are using in order to create the skin you would like.
