Delicious Happy Hour Menu at Salt Creek Grille

 With longer days and more sunshine, now is the perfect time to take advantage of Salt Creek Grille’s updated happy hour menu.  Sip and snack on the patio or in front of the fire pit Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The delicious menu items include chicken tacos, corned beef sliders and chicken salad lettuce cups.  The scrumptious chicken tacos consist of blackened chicken with bacon, cotija cheese and chipotle coleslaw on corn tortillas with pico de gallo on the side.  They’re street tacos with an elegant twist.
Corned beef sliders have become a happy hour staple since their popularity as a special during St. Patrick’s Day.  Served on Kings Sweet Hawaiian buns with slow roasted corned beef, chipotle coleslaw, pickles, Swiss cheese, and Dijon mustard, these sliders are sure to dazzle even the pickiest eaters.  As a healthier alternative, the chicken salad lettuce cups are an appetizer version of the chicken salad sandwich on the regular healthy choice menu.  Engulfed in crisp lettuce, the cups include chicken, pecans, green apple, Greek yogurt, dried cranberries, shallots and apple cider vinegar.
Other customer favorites are still available on the new happy hour menu, including stuffed jumbo shrimp, baked goat cheese marinara, blackened chicken nachos, artichoke and Parmesan spinach dip, house-made chips, and creek sliders.  For drinks, all well cocktails and bottled beers are $4, while draft beers and glasses of house wine are $5.
All happy hour items are under $12, making Salt Creek Grille a great place for a date, girl’s night out, or even a family dinner.  Along with the happy hour menu, nightly half-price happenings, live performances on weekends and the delicious regular menu are certain to make the Salt Creek Grille bustling throughout spring and summer months.
