Maintaining The Peaceful Moments

It’s funny how we can get to a really good place inside ourselves, only to have it all come crashing down in a matter of moments. As I live my life, my focus and my inner work has lead me to develop a series of inner tools, that can get help maintain and sustain, an orderliness inside myself, no matter what is appearing in the physical realm of my life. First and foremost being gentle, or rather a gracefulness towards ourselves and others is utterly key in the equation. It is a guiding force for me to see better, through a softer lense shall we say. So often we are harsh with our inner dialogue, whether it is self-directed, or it is easy to think about what others have or haven’t done to us. Keeping a gentle approach allows you to get out of your own way. Then the next step for me is having positive things to say to myself. The inner dialogue I create is optimistic and keeps me from going into a negative space. It can actually flip my emotions into a stronger and healthier place in a matter of moments. Quiet time is the most valuable thing you can do for yourself, so you can strip away the chatter and get clear on what is happening on the inside and make appropriate adjustments for a healthier and happier life! On the beauty side of my business, I feel more focused than ever in combining ingredients to help affect change in the skin. I am always amazed at the rejuvenating aspects of the body and the skin in particular. It is something that is ever changing and layering ingredients can produce such improvement in the tissue. Sometimes it is hard for me to create a menu of services, as I approach each person with what their concern is about their skin. I love thinking about what I can achieve in terms of my client’s goal, and how we will arrive at that goal. Time and money of course are valuable things in our lives, and I love tailoring treatments for each of my clients.
