Spring is in the Air!
Spring is traditionally the time when homeowners, and buyers alike, come out to check what their options are and what the current market looks like. In today’s economy, it’s even more busy this time of year because of the interest rates starting to creep up as well as the tightness in inventory. It’s one of those unusual times in Real Estate that serves us to buy and sell at the same time.
As always I won’t give you “realtor-speak” just to get you into action. You can count on me to be straight forward with you and in this case, the upside on both sides is undeniable. The only person or circumstance that this market is not serving at the highest level is the all cash buyer to some extent because when rates rise, values tend to drop creating a fertile ground for all cash buyers to snatch up deals for long term gain. Those days are coming but for now, you and I need to consider our real options and strike while the iron is hot.
As always, I am here for questions anytime or to help list your home for sale or help you find a deal out there – often before it hits the market. Call me at 661-702-4626 or text: 818-294-0414.
