The Rhythm and Waves of Life

 There is such a fluid quality to life.  Things are always changing.  Forever in motion.  So are our feelings and emotions.  It’s fascinating to me how different we can feel day to day, moment to moment.  There is a fine balance to be struck within ourselves.  I just recently reminded a dear friend to take moments to breathe, to visualize and to give thanks.  Sometimes we need to look at the sky, and see it’s beauty, and take a breath and be grateful for that breath.  Then allow ourselves to quiet the mind, the problem solving, or the chatter that doesn’t do us any good.  Sometimes I replay a conversation I have had, and replay the things that frustrated me, or think about the things I could have said.  In reality it makes me go in a circle.  By breathing and slowing things down, I stop that vicious circle.  I interrupt the energy and switch it to a higher place.  Once you start to do that, it gets easier to do.  There are times when we are fearful that things will not work out the way we want, etc.  What I have learned about those times, is that the more I let go, the more I trust, the more things unfold in a gentler and more amazing way then I could have planned. I invite you to try a new way of allowing your precious energy to work for your highest and best good!
Skin is forgiving.  The skin responds to things we do to it.  So why not have a method to what you use on your skin.  Get in agreement with yourself.  Have a plan.  Have some fun with that plan.  As I have shared before, I work on my skin, and not just my face.  I have turned my attention to the care of the skin on my body.  Exfoliating more, light peels on my neck, chest, hands, arms, and even my stomach.  I see the benefit of combining and using certain ingredients.  It’s a diligent approach.  The results are not overnight, but with that diligence there is a re-energizing of the tissue.  What I have witnessed is firming, and evening out of skin tone, and an overall healthier more toned aspect to my skin.  Whatever area you are interested in changing, come in and let’s create a fun plan that will lead to positive changes.
