Total Woman Gym+Spa – A Hidden Gem Right Under My Nose!

I must confess I have passed Total Woman Gym & Spa more times than I can count on my way to the market (which just happens to be in the same shopping center).  I’m not sure why, but I never walked in. I had a preconceived idea of a “gym” with sweaty women silently judging each other. Boy, was I ever wrong!
Entering the club, I immediately felt a warm and welcoming vibe inside! I saw a classroom packed with at least 40 ladies dancing as the rhythm of the music filled the airwaves throughout the gym area.  It was a Zumba class and I found out they have a ton of other classes including boot camps, cardio, and even Yoga! I was surprised to see that Total Woman Gym+Spa has all the machines you would find in a typical gym but then I realized there was so much more!
My next visit was to the kid’s club, where the room was bright and cheery with lots of caring staff inside.  Us Moms can work out with confidence that our kids are with a caring and professional group of ladies.  From there I found the Pilates Room which was peaceful and quiet so you and your trainer can work without distraction of any kind. The “State of the Art” equipment works you hard while your trainer assists you with confidence and care.
Finally, I toured the Spa area which was like visiting another world within a world—peaceful, quiet, inviting.  And the best news is, the spa is open to clients without membership, so anyone can enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the Total Woman Day Spa anytime.
In addition to these wonderful amenities, there are 11 personal trainers, over 62 classes a week, including private Pilates along with lots of new friends to make!  As a mother and wife, I (as most women do unintentionally) put myself last in all aspects of family life.  It’s not a bad thing per se, but we must be good to ourselves! Total Woman Gym & Spa IS that place. Come in and see! I promise you will be delightfully blown away!
