Happy New Year with Olive Terrace

 Olive Terrace will offer a holiday dinner with wine pairings on December 31 from 4-11 p.m. Enjoy the sounds of live music during the celebration from performances by David Lemasters and Nancy Dee. Nancy’s style is influenced by the styles of jazz, classical, standards, and Broadway. She will be performing from 5-8 p.m. David draws in style from musical genres such as; jazz, soul, pop, and rock. He will be playing from 8-11 p.m.
Ring in the new year with a satisfied palate and full stomach. The select menu offers a 3 course option, based off the price of your entrée you can choose an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. These options come with a glass of either raspberry Champagne cocktail or 2017 Beaujolais Nouveau.
Choose from options such as the Monterrey Bay Tempura Calamari. This tasty starter is lightly battered, flashed fried, and tossed with a few spices awakening your taste buds with a savory citrus zest. The select entrée menu includes mouthwatering delicacies such as the Filet Mignon. This scrumptious cut of meat is made with a béarnaise sauce and roasted garlic. The captivating aroma of the fingerling potatoes and roasted veggies that are accompanied with is sure to leave you pleased with the choice you made. Finally, save room for dessert with such selections as; Warm Old-Fashioned Pecan Tart. This mini personal pie has a pecan filling with a tart crust and topped with vanilla ice cream.
