Wine on the Roof…Dine on the Roof A Collaborative Experience 2018
This year marks the first year of Wine on the Roof. Put on by the WiSH Education Foundation the event took place on top of the Westfield Parking Garage. The event consisted of several courses that were paired with wine from local wineries and wine rooms. Attendees were served by volunteers dressed to the nines in 50s rockabilly updos and attire. As everyone dined they were serenaded by cover songs performed by Lance Allen. After each course was served the restaurant and wine maker would introduce and explain what each consisted of. Proceeds from this event went to benefit the WiSH Education Foundation who main mission is to support our local schools by providing educational opportunities not supported by regular funding. If you did not get a chance to attend this great event there is another chance to support WiSH in the upcoming Cocktails on the Roof coming this fall.
