Hope’s Haven Spotlight – October 2018
Jordana completed a 450-hour Pilates training course in 2006. The following year, she began study with the international STOTT Pilates program and became a STOTT-certified Pilates instructor. She also earned a certification from the Pink Ribbon Program to teach breast cancer clients post-operative workouts, as well as a certification for Mobility and Stability for the Active Aging.
Lectures are available to the public at Hope’s Haven. Group classes, monthly workshops and one-on-one sessions (by appointment) are offered to current cancer patients and survivors. Circle of Hope believes that those who are fighting or have fought this battle are deserving of a time and opportunity to rejuvenate. A place to go without fear or cost, where one can regain a sense of wholeness, make new friends, and become part of a community that doesn’t have to be painful.
