Start your New Year Makeover Now!
This is the time of year when stress can really get to you. This stress takes on many forms, from headaches, skin breakouts and the general blahs, affecting our facial expressions, which help to carve those deep lines into our faces. Now is the time to plan ahead to get through the holiday season looking and feeling your best. We all want to enjoy the season with friends and family but with all of the activity around these months we also want to look and feel our absolute best. The real key is in the planning!
Regular skin care appointments don’t take too much time out of your day (especially at day’s end) but can actually give you more time and energy by helping you feel your best. No one is at their peak performance when they are feeling too stressed out to function. Good skin care is also very important not only for the additional stress put on our complexion, but by virtue of the seasonal change we usually experience some kind of changes in our skin. The hot summer months have taken their toll and the onset of cooler weather can further dry, already damaged, skin. These simple steps can make a big difference when we choose to make them a priority.
Apart from the basic facial treatments it’s also a good time to preplan your Med Spa needs. Here are a few suggestions for keeping your holiday makeover on track. If you are planning to get Dysport or Botox, you should schedule your appointment soon, as it can take ten days to two weeks to see the final result of these products. Now is the time to start treatments for Laser Hair Removal and IPL Photofacials, as these are done in a series about every three weeks or so.
Finally, don’t put off your self-improvement resolutions until the New Year. Call Beyond Harmony Med Spa to schedule your makeover appointments at 661-298-8008.
