9th Annual Gentlemen for a Cause; Team Edition
Soroptimist International of Valencia (SIV) hosted the 9th Annual Gentlemen for a Cause; Team Edition at Wolf Creek Brewery. Ten teams of four local gentlemen came out to compete in a cornhole tournament to raise money for local women and girls. Cornhole was followed by a dinner, and a live charity auction, with auction packaged donated from each team. The proceeds from this event fund the educational grant for Live Your Dream and Dream It, Be It: Career Support for girls. The grand prize winners of the team edition went to Daniel Ramirez, Doug Werts, Justin Wilmers and Tom Broadway of Power Team from Team Referral Networking. Power Team was managed by Lisa West, Rachael Cleveland and Melanie Cristescu. Power Team was also competing to raise money for their nonprofit Spotlight Arts Center.
