S.T.R.E.A.M Talk
Happy Women’s History Month! We are excited to be back and sharing what’s new in the S.T.R.EA.M. world. As the founder of S.T.R.E.A.M. Kids Expo™, our organization is working to bridge the gap between students and S.T.R.E.A.M subjects (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts and Manufacturing). With these Talks, we hope to see more kids get involved with these areas of study and also help those who are already interested in them, navigate to accomplish goals. Our organization also includes entrepreneurship as we believe taking ownership of one’s passion and purpose inspires results. Since our last talk, we have been working daily to increase access to S.T.R.E.A.M. programs to kids throughout Santa Clarita and around the world. To date, S.T.R.E.A.M. has served a total of 10,472 students in three states and six cities. This year we are actively working with the amazing members of our nonprofit, S.T.R.E.A.M. Global Innovations board (Nikia Richards, Roger Doumanian, Kim Carhee, Quan Gan, Faye Neshiwat, Leon Hines), advisors, corporate and community partners to reach 10,000 more. We look forward to sharing our experiences with you every month here in Santa Clarita Magazine.
