Save the Curls for the Deva Girls
Save the Curls from the summer heat.
Tip 1: Make sure you condition; Lack of hydration is the culprit to frizz. Humidity and heat also cause frizz. Thirsty curls are looking for moisture which is why they are reaching out into the air for it. Your best bet to combat Frizz is to start in the shower. Cleanse with Devacurl no poo and use conditioner like One Condition, Melt into Moisture or Hair in Heaven (for a deep conditioning) leave them in for 20-minute to get better results.
Tip 2: Layer Styling products. Start with the lightest first to heaviest. First Foam then Creams and lastly gels. DevaCurl has four hair creams for hydration. Most hydration to least is (Supercream, Super Stretch, Styling cream, Wave maker.) Supercream and Super Stretch is for thirsty, dry hair. Styling Cream is for moisture and hold, and Wave maker is a lightweight, excellent for wavy or finer hair. Creams are for mid length to ends. Then layer a Gel to lock in Definition. Arc Angel Gel provides UV protectant and strongest hold. For lighter hold use light defining gel.
Tip 3: Vacuum sealing: is putting gel in your hair but not scrunching out the gel cast as “Vacuum Sealing” the style in to make it last.
