Everyday Chef Toumadi creates new dishes for his Chef’s Specials menu. Each day you could try a different recipe that has been influenced from Chef Toumadi’s travels around the world. Either traditional or something with a twist; the dishes here are always made to perfection. Dishes such as Olio d’oliva Italiano. This dish is best served over angel haired pasta and consists of sautéed garlic, parsley (a very generous amount), fresh garlic, shrimp and sweet peas. Chef Toumadi highly recommends this dish for those who enjoy a light garlic taste with a little spice.
Did you know that in Italy salads are usually eaten after the main course? This promotes better digestion. If you want to try your meal the Italian way try the Tuscan Ensalada after your favorite pasta dish. This mixed greens and arugula salad is tossed with peanut infused argon olive oil and ginger. Blue cheese and brie are then added to give you the perfect blend of sweet and sour.
Do you prefer something on the sweeter side with your meal? If so, then try one of the fresh desserts like the rich flavors of the tiramisu or the new dessert martini cannoli (non-alcoholic.)
