If you have not already been able to enjoy Old Town Junction then you are in for a treat. Last month was the launch of the new menu with some changes that are sure to excite your taste buds. This restaurant already exceeds expectations with its beautiful decor and now has added an eye-catching piece of art from local artist, Chris Derubeis.
Speaking of something delicious with exotic flavors, the Mahi-Mahi Fried Fish Taco is a must try. The fried Mahi-Mahi is cooked to perfection and served with Mango, cabbage, a chipotle aioli all on top of a flour tortilla. It is only available during happy hour and late night snacks. Chef Otto and his team also recommend that you “get figgy with it” and try the fig and Prosciutto Flatbread.
In honor of Chef Otto, the bar staff has created the “Hurricane Otto”. This must-try cocktail is made with rum, lime, pineapple juice, citrus simple syrup, and a mandarin napoleon float. One sip and it’s like your own vacation!
