16th Annual Bras For A Cause
The Santa Clarita Community came together last month to show their support to Soroptimist International of Valencia at the 16th Annual Bras For A Cause. The community at large traveled down the rabbit hole for a show like no other here in the SCV. Community leaders walked the catwalk sporting custom-made bras while attendees bid on the fabulous auction items that came with each model. The funds raised went to help local organizations: Circle of Hope and Sheila R. Veloz Breast Center in their efforts to aid women diagnosed with breast cancer. The event consisted of inspirational stories from survivors and those still currently in treatment. At this event people saw what it means to be a community and band together with one goal.
