What If

 December is upon us. This year has been such an interesting journey. The climate these days is a temperament of unease. There is much one could say on the subject, but what comes up for me is the question of what if?
What if we gave the person on the road who cut us off, some grace as opposed to rage? What if we looked up from our phone and engaged with one another, as opposed to creating so much separation? What if we allowed ourselves playtime instead of watching television? What if we asked ourselves what the solution could be, instead of focusing on the problem? All it takes is a shift in one’s thinking, a shift in taking a breath and finding our center again. What if we decided to be the change the world needed? What if we smiled the minute we woke up and told ourselves that today was going to be a GREAT day! What if you realized you could decide!
