Do you want to change your life and the life of others? Hot Yoga Haven
My decision to take Hot Yoga Haven’s 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training was very easy. I’m spiritual and flexible. On the first day of the training one of the lead teachers, Annelie De Fazio asked, “Why are you taking this training?” I answered Annelie’s question with, “I want to be of service.” That was the truth. Not for money, not to get fit, I wanted to give back. The more I studied the chakras and stretched my body beyond what I ever imagined. I started to get a clear picture of what I meant that day. That’s what happens in this training; clarity becomes real. Annelie De Fazio teaches the teacher trainees alignment, anatomy, chakras, and meditation.
Our Jval Hot Yoga Series, which I learned how to teach in our training, was created by the owner of Hot Yoga Haven, Catherine Sjolund. It’s a 40-posture sequence, which expanded the traditional 26 posture sequence designed to strengthen the entire body. Catherine teaches us to guide our students into joyful enthusiasm. She provides a well-rounded knowledge of the practice of yoga which helps us build a strong foundation on which to instruct our future students. Finally, Janina Malbon our philosophy teacher, leads us through the Yoga Sutras of Pantanjali, and takes us on a magical journey of consciousness.
After the training I was hired to teach at HYH. If you are ready to let go of blocks and limitations, and enter into a positive state of healing, join us at Hot Yoga Haven for our teacher training program. Next training begins March 6, 2020. We are looking for our future teachers!
