Ask Cathy:
Dear Cathy, I hardly have any eyebrows and have to draw them on everyday which takes quite a while, not to mention they take on a new shape every time too! I know there are different methods for the Permanent Makeup/Micro blading How do I know which one is best for me? Andi in Newhall
Hi Andi, yes there are different methods and that’s what Im here for, when you come in we discuss each of them and I guide you through them and together we figure out the best for your personalized needs. Here is a description of a few of them to get so you have more info to start thinking about it before we meet.
Hair Stroke Method: Uses pigment and specific needle formations to create individual hair strokes to simulate actual hair. Space is left between strokes as there would be with natural hair. This method can be done with fine soft looking hair strokes, or a fuller stroke. This option may be best for clients looking to fill in the fronts or tails that are sparse, or want an extremely natural look.
Powder Brow Finish Method: Uses pigment and specific needle formations to fill in the brow. When clients have filled in their brows with pencil or brow powder for years, they usually prefer this method.
Hair Stroke With Powder Brow Finish: This method combines the above two options to give you a dimensional look by doing the powder brow finish first and then adding individual hair strokes to create depth and more dedinition.
By offering you these different choices, I am able to create a truly custom brow design that will fit your individual taste, shape, color and personality. To book your complimentary consutlation call Cathy Isaacs at Cosmetic Concepts 661-259-6117. In our consultation, I will also ask you specific questions along with drawing on the brows so you can see the results before we start.
