As many of you know we are no longer at the Lyons location; however the good news is that I (Cathy), will be doing my specialty, Permanent Makeup in my Private Studio just minutes away from the shop JUST AS SOON AS I CAN~Unfortunately due to covid Permanent Makeup/Tattoo has NOT been allowed to open yet (as of when I am writing this article, end of September) Even though Salons have been able to open indoors recently, Permanent Makeup hasn’t , as we are governed by the Health Department, not the Board of Cosmetology I am hoping it will be soon! So at this time I am not making appointments, however as soon as it opens I will be getting you all in, feel free to leave a message and I will call as soon I can actually book you) I miss all my clients. I am however stocked and ready for ALL Cosmetic Concepts Skin Care and Cosmetics orders, including the Custom Blend Mineral Powder or Liquid Foundations that you love and rely on!! Products can be shipped or ready for a no contact pickup, like I said less than 5 minutes from the shop. Michelle IS offering all the Esthetician services NOW, the same as you enjoyed at Cosmetic Concepts in her own PRIVATE studio. Still At this time Carol is not providing Massages yet, but I will continue to update you once she resumes. I can not Thank YOU enough for your wonderful friendship and support throughout all these 33 + years, it was and honor and a privilege to serve you and while it won’t be the same, we will still be providing the most personalized and quality services that you deserve. While of course following all the new guidelines for the health and safety of each of our clients.
