Your Story is My Story

You never know who’s going to walk into your life. Anna Shaterkin with Loan Depot and I were hosting an Open House.  A young couple, Victor and Jennie Martinez walked in with their two little children. They had heard about Santa Clarita. They wanted to move to an area where they could raise their children with highly rated schools and live in a safe, friendly community. I believe Santa Clarita is the best place to raise a family. At the time they were cramped in a small apartment in downtown Los Angeles. While at the Open House Anna discussed their financial situation with them. Victor worked at his job in Burbank and also had taken over his cousins trucking business. He works both jobs and his trucking business is extremely successful. With Anna’s help and advice she had them pre-approved and gave us the green light to start their home search. In June of 2019 they moved into a wonderful home in Old Orchard. They’ve made friends, children are happy in school and absolutely love living in Santa Clarita. Anna and I are always in touch with them.
