With more than 50,000 square feet of space, Henry Mayo Fitness and Health combines the exercise amenities of a complete fitness center with the clinical resources to ensure your well-being.
Members have access to our expansive strength training areas, state-of-the-art free weight and cardio equipment, beautiful locker rooms, junior Olympic size lap pool and warm-water therapy pool.
Relax in our steam rooms or sauna and recover from your workouts with a massage.

Free Health Assessment & Orientation
All new members receive a complimentary hour-long personal health risk assessment. A Exercise Enhancement Specialist with a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or Physiology will assess your current fitness level, body composition, and health history.
To ensure you feel confident and safe while exercising, we will orient you with the gym equipment and get you started on a basic strength and cardio routine.
No Overcrowding
In order for you to achieve your goals, we limit membership numbers so there’s no overcrowding. You’ll never have to worry about waiting for equipment, experience packed classes, or struggle to find parking at Henry Mayo Fitness And Health
Expert Personal Trainers
In addition to your free health assessment, all new members receive 3 free personal training sessions to orient you with a customized fitness plan for you. Additional training sessions are available in single sessions or packs. Learn more about personal training.
Referral Rewards Program
If you are already a member and would like to bring in your friends and family, be sure to take advantage of our referral program! If you refer two people who stay for 90 days, you will receive a free month of membership.
