Opening Doors to a Brighter Future
There’s much to look forward to as Soroptimist International of Greater Santa Clarita Valley is gearing up for their show, “Opening Doors to a Brighter Future”. It will take place on Sunday, November 13th at the Hyatt Regency in Valencia. Chaired by Sandi Naba and Jessica Kreuzberger, the event will be an afternoon of beautiful fashion, shopping and entertainment. The boutique will be open to the public beginning at 10 a.m. and the Fashion Show begins at noon.
Guests will enjoy entertainment provided by the talented Jared Kreuzberger & Kelly Corfield along with the Hart Color Guard and more to be announced. Tara Rice, Founder/Pageant Coach, Miss West Coast Productions, Inc. will once again be producing and directing the Fashion Show while Ed Masterson will entertain the audience as the emcee. New to this year’s show, M Entertainment will provide the sound and lighting experience for the event.
The female models will be represented by fabulous community ladies. In addition, this year’s show will also feature past recipients of our signature Live Your Dream Awards Program and participants from our 2022 Dream It Be It Program. Fashions will be provided by White House Black Market, Macy’s, BoHo Western Boutique, In Good Company, Hazel’s Bagz and Apparel, Propinquities, Glitz Sparkle Valencia and J. David’s Custom Clothiers.
While this year’s live and silent auction items are sure to interest all participants.
SIGSCV is also bringing back their Favorite Male Model Contest. Who will be crowned? Will it be Dennis Sugasawara, Dennis Verner, Captain Justin Diez, Dr. Robert Ptretzlaff, Cesar Torres, Jeff Thompson, Steve Lettau, Jason Gibbs, Matt Nelson or Alexander Shahin? Voting is open to the public beginning October 15th online at www.sigscv.org.
