Dream It, Be It Event Success at Canyon High School
On February 2nd, Soroptimist International of Greater Santa Clarita Valley (SIGSCV) hosted an empowering event for 65 secondary school-age girls at Canyon High School. The Dream It, Be It event aimed to help young women discover their dreams, explore careers, set achievable goals, rise above obstacles, learn how to turn failure into success, balance stress levels, and put their dreams into action. With the help of SIGSCV mentors and volunteers, these young women were inspired to build confidence and recognize the importance of values to create a path into their futures.
