The Benefits of HIIT Training
High-intensity interval training (“HIIT)” are short, powerful workouts that can do wonders for your health. Our 9Round workouts are a great example of HIIT. We do 3-minute rounds consisting of 2.5 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise and 30 seconds of vigorous-intensity exercise, followed by a 30-second active break between each round.
Burn More Calories
One major benefit of HIIT is burning massive calories during your workout AND continuing to burn calories thanks to something called excess post-exercise oxygen consumption. It represents the amount of energy it takes you to return to your normal state following exercise. The higher your heart rate during your workout, the longer it will take to return to normal, which means you’ll be burning calories long after your workout!

A simple HIIT-style workout for just 30 minutes produces similar, if not better, results than running on a treadmill for ours. 9Round combines aerobic, anaerobic, and resistance exercises all into one 30-minute full-body workout that keeps your heart rate in the ideal fat-burning zone, so you get the most out of your time at the studio.
Improved Cardiovascular Fitness
The recommended guidelines for exercise are 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity cardio or 150 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio per week.
