The Brittany Foundation Finding Their Forever Home – June 2023
A non-profit humane organization dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of homeless dogs, has several dogs for adoption.
DORA
This little one is a charmer. She loves everyone, rolls over for immediate belly rubs, walks wonderfully on a leash, and her eyes are filled with thoughts of adventure. She is definitely a terrier mix. She looks like a Snorkie, which is a mix of a Miniature Schnauzer and a Yorkie. She weighs just about 12 pounds and is 4 years old. Unfortunately, her family lost their home, and that is why she is with us. We have learned she will do best in a home with no small children or bigger dogs. She’s playful and feisty and would enjoy being the center of someone’s world.
CRUZ
Puppy Love! This little cutie is ready for his forever home. We think he has Jack Russell Terrier in him, although his face and coat are quite reminiscent of a Parsons Russell Terrier. We rescued his mom too, who is an adorable copper-colored terrier weighing just 10 pounds, so we expect his weight to be under 20 pounds. He’s just turned 6 months old, so he will need a family that is ready and patient enough to guide him through all the fun and silly stages of puppy life. He walks well on a leash and lives here with other dogs his own size. You can see more videos and pictures of Cruz on our Instagram page, @thebrittanyfoundation.
