Discover What’s New at Brewery Draconum
There’s a lot happening at Brewery Draconum! Now in their seventh year, this family-owned brewpub is run by a dynamic brother and sister team—the brewer and general manager, respectively. They’re continually finding new ways to enhance the social-dining experience at their Old Town Newhall location.
Brewery Draconum features 20 taps, mostly pouring their own house-brews with a few guest beers in rotation. The diverse selection ensures there’s something for every palate. Recently, they welcomed a new chef who has revamped and expanded their menu. The updated offerings include fresh-made pub-style dishes, many infused with house brews to create unique flavors. Additionally, their expansive garden now boasts new, lush turf.
While enjoying your meal and drinks, you can partake in various recreational activities like bocce ball, cornhole, connect four, or chess. And now, Brewery Draconum is open for weekend brunch! Their new brunch menu features fresh breakfast options, including huevos rancheros, pain perdu, omelettes, and a hot chicken biscuit sandwich.
Check out their menu on their website and follow them on Facebook or Instagram for updates on specials and events.
