Now at the midpoint of her term and celebrating a decade of her business, Selina’s energy and enthusiasm signal a leader who is truly just getting started.
This summer has been a bustling season for 6 Degrees HR Consulting. Under Selina’s guidance, the company has onboarded new clients and successfully rolled out trainings on the mandatory Workplace Violence Prevention Plan—a critical initiative that ensures safety and security in our workplaces. These accomplishments follow closely on the heels of an invigorating Workforce Development Conference in May, further underscoring her effectiveness and commitment to enhancing professional environments across Santa Clarita.
Looking ahead, Selina is not slowing down. She has an exciting trip planned to London and Paris later this summer to visit a longstanding client for the Summer Olympics. This trip isn’t just a business obligation; it’s a personal milestone as well. Accompanying her will be all three of her daughters, who are poised to begin their own educational adventures at Gonzaga University and University of Portland this fall. This journey represents a blend of professional duties and family moments—hallmarks of Selina’s balanced approach to life and leadership.
