About JCI Santa Clarita

Junior Chamber International (JCI) Santa Clarita is the premier membership-based nonprofit organization of young active citizens between the ages of 18-40. The Jaycees, as JCI Santa Clarita members are more affectionately known, are dedicated to creating positive change in their communities. We believe that to improve the world around us – we must also work to improve our selves.
Jaycees, as individual and collective members are known, come from all walks of life. Jaycees are students, professionals, philanthropists, enthusiasts, hobbyists, and friends, but best of all, we are a community within our selves, working to not only impact our world, but help grow as individuals.
Our Mission is to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change in our community.

JCI Chat N’ Chill

On Thursday, October 3, 2024 is our monthly Chat N’ Chill. This event occurs every first Thursday of the month, starting at 6 p.m. at Lucky Luke’s each month. Each event hosts a notable guest speaker, from dignitaries to community to leaders we always have someone lending their expert opinion and their story on how to improve yourself. This month on Thursday, October 3, our guest speaker will be Scott Hoolahan of SCV Rotary. Afterwards, stay to chat and chill with members of JCI Santa Clarita who will share details on our latest and upcoming projects and events as well as upcoming volunteer and leadership training opportunities.

JCI SCV 40 Under Forty Nominee Mixer

Join us on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at Lucky Luke’s. We are so excited to have our nominee mixer this year. All are welcome to come and mix and mingle. Note that there is a cost of entry for the mixer. The cost being one $20 gift card per person for our JCI Santa’s Helpers Toy Drive happening in December. We have one sponsor for this event…Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce.

JCI New Member Orientation

Join us on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 10 am. We encourage potential interested community members to attend, and find out more of what JCI has been currently doing while virtual, as well as what our plans are this year. We will be covering a variety of topics including our mission, and vision for our chapter, our focus on developing leaders, and getting to know our current members. The Junior Chamber International of Santa Clarita is actively recruiting for new members ages 18-40 for 2024.

JCI We Create Our Limitations Training

Join us on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 6 p.m. The trainer will be our JCI member Jennifer Jaworowski. This training will take a look at your barriers and teach you how to overcome them to help you reach your personal, relationship, and professional goals. JCI The Social Club

JCI Santa Clarita hosts some fun mixers. Every month we host a social gathering where you can come hang out with JCI Members and just have some good old fashion fun. These events are usually for members and member friends so reach out to a fellow JCI members to be included it happens at all different locations around town. October is going to be epic contact us if you want to join. It will be a Halloween Party.
