Call to Artists: Le Chene Spring Art Festival & Sale
The 11th Annual Spring Art Festival & Sale at Le Chene French Cuisine in Agua Dulce is happening on Sunday, April 27, 2025. This outdoor event offers artists a unique opportunity to display and sell their original works in a scenic, shaded environment.
The event will take place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, with setup occurring between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Take down is at 4:00 pm, and no early take-down is permitted. Located at 12625 Sierra Highway, Agua Dulce, the festival is open to all SCAA members, but space is limited. Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and spaces will be randomly assigned. To participate, you must be a paid member of the Santa Clarita Artists Association (SCAA), and the deadline to submit your entry is April 11, 2025.
Artists have the option to display their work on one or two club panels or opt for a larger 10×10 display using their own panels or racks. Please note that artists must remain at their display throughout the event to interact with customers. This is an opportunity for buyers to meet the artists and learn more about their creative process.
All artwork must be the original design and creativity of the artist. Prints and greeting cards are permitted, and artists should make their own price tags. As the venue is shaded with lots of trees, no umbrellas or canopies are allowed. TV trays or artist sleeves should be used for club panel displays, as clear space is required to walk around the displays. Larger artist displays may include tables, racks, or easels. Chairs will be provided by the restaurant.
The entry fee is $25 per artist, and sales will be handled by SCAA, subject to a 25% commission. Artists will receive an email after the April 11 deadline with their assigned space, a map, and additional event information.
If you have any questions or need further details, please contact Jane Mick at Jane@janemick.com. Don’t miss out on the chance to showcase your work in this beautiful outdoor setting—submit your entry today!
