Toastmasters – Local “Outliers” Chapter Invites You! On The Road To Discovery

On the road to discovery, you will find out what worked for you and what didn’t. Yes, you will make mistakes along the way. We all have made mistakes; however, it’s very important that we learn from those mistakes and take away valuable life lessons. Don’t beat yourself up or feel like you could not have known that or see what was happening. Self-compassion will guide you more smoothly than taking an aggressive approach, which can cause harm.
Take time to consider what habits you want to release and remove what no longer serves you. You may leave some people behind. It might be a job or it could be someone you’ve been friends with for years. Maybe you have outgrown them or the dynamics of the relationship have changed. Painfully enough, it could be a family member that you love deeply. Perhaps someone is not respecting your boundaries or, even worse, is jealous of your success or new relationship. It will not be easy to walk away. It takes strength and it takes courage.
The road to discovery awaits YOU! Once you make those important changes and decisions, then you are ready to go on the road of discovery to new paths. You can now embrace all the great new things you will discover and achieve along the way!

The Outliers are a Toastmasters club that has TABLE TOPICS during our meetings which you will find beneficial when impromptu speaking. We also teach aspects of communication, storytelling, delivery, body language, vocal variety, evaluation, and meeting management. We have PATHWAYS, an educational platform offered in Toastmasters International. You can choose the Path that is best for you and learn skills that will be with you for life, having the potential to raise your self-assurance and skyrocket your impact in life and on others.

We are a diverse group that meets on ZOOM from 6:30pm to 8:00pm Pacific on the 2nd, 4th & 5th Thursdays of each month, with quarterly HYBRID MEETINGS in Santa Clarita.
