Brewery Draconum Sip, Savor & Chill: Discover What’s New
Have you been to Brewery Draconum in the heart of Old Town? Tasted their house brews, or any of their fresh-prepped menu items? Seen their beautifully-renovated garden space? It truly is like nothing else you will find in this valley. As an ever-evolving gastropub, in addition to their 20 taps (house and guest beers), and their wine, they have introduced a new cocktail menu of house-recipes that are all made with fermented alcohols and that present flavor-profiles akin to tequila, vodka and gin. Since the arrival of their new chef, the menu continues to evolve, introducing new items, and ‘new takes’ on existing items, and now their summer specials are available. And in their Draconum-style, many are still infused with their house brews to get those unique flavor profiles.
As for the garden, they still have bocce ball and cornhole, but they’ve completely re-done the space offering a more intimate dining experience – and have added a built-incooling misting system that helps to bring down the temperature on those hot summer days! It is a one-of-a-kind location that is perfect for a fun night out, or a good old party, as the garden is outfitted with beautiful planter-dividers allowing them to configure the space for large groups. They are also available for complete garden takeovers any day of the week with extra exclusivity on Tuesdays, when they are closed to the public (great for private or corporate events).
Make sure you check-out all that’s new at this brother and sister owned brewhouse/gastropub and don’t forget their great outdoor space.
Brewery Draconum opens daily at noon (closed Tuesdays). Follow on Facebook/Instagram for updates. Visit at Brewerydraconum.com. Call 661-568-9160.
