JCI Santa Clarita is thrilled to present its first-ever Wellness Expo — a full-day community celebration of health, movement, and mindfulness! Join us on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Plum Canyon Park for an inspiring event designed to help residents take proactive steps toward living healthier, happier lives.
This free, family-friendly event is so much more than a health fair. Attendees can explore vendor booths featuring wellness products and services, enjoy giveaways, and connect with local health experts — all while participating in FREE, professionally led fitness and mindfulness classes throughout the day.
Class Schedule — Reserve Your Spot!
• Yoga (9:00 AM) – Start your morning with breathwork, mindful movement, and soulful intention to restore energy and find inner balance.
• Shred (10:00 AM) – Get your heart pumping with this high-intensity interval training session designed for fat burning and ultimate cardio endurance.
• Self-Defense (11:00 AM) – Build confidence, awareness, and practical skills to protect yourself in real-life situations in this dynamic hands-on workshop.
• Sound Bath (11:00 AM) – Immerse yourself in a calming, full-body sound experience to release stress and invite deep relaxation.
• Venga!!! (12:00 PM) – Dance your way to wellness with this high-energy, Latin-fused cardio class that makes fitness feel like a party.
• Tai Chi (1:00 PM) – Unwind with mindful martial art-inspired movements that boost mental clarity, balance, and physical well-being.
