Navigate Necessities In November
Have you ever thought about what a want is, versus what is necessary? In this ever-changing world, the answer to this question may vary. As we prepare to embark on an upcoming new year, it might be time to take a look at things a little differently when it comes to our reality versus our goals and what is needed to achieve them. Maybe our ideas or our intentions have changed within this year…not to mention people who were once a dear friend or colleague might not be anymore. You find yourself not wanting to spend as much time with them or maybe not having the time to do so. It could be the fact you are evolving and changing. Sometimes you go through a period or process that your current friends or family members may not experience. This may lead to your circle of friends changing or even getting smaller, because YOU have changed. I know it is not an easy task; I have been there, too. I recently heard, “There is no comfort in growth and there is no growth in comfort.”
You may find yourself profoundly needing to process the necessary steps to move forward. Set boundaries and enforce them. We, as human beings, only have so much room for how much we allow to take up space in our mind, time and life. So choose wisely as November draws us near to the end of this year. Ponder your next move. Decide on the people, places, things or projects that are needed, wanted or removed in your future, as you see it. From relationships, friendships, work, where you live, to who you choose to love, it’s all up to you to navigate necessities in November.
I want to help you get on the track and on top of your life and circumstances.
