A Note From the Publishers – April 2026
Spring has sprung in Santa Clarita, and our April issue is packed with 96 pages of fabulous local community information for you to enjoy. On our cover, we are proud to feature four incredible non-profits making a difference in our community this season.
Soroptimist International of Greater Santa Clarita Valley invites you to their 17th Annual The Wine Affair – Sip, Savor & Stroll on Sunday, April 12, transforming historic Main Street in Old Town Newhall into a lively tasting trail with exceptional wines, craft beers, gourmet bites, live music, and a curated live auction. Proceeds support programs that empower women and girls in our community through education, mentorship, and financial assistance.
Relay For Life of Santa Clarita Valley continues its worldwide fight against cancer with this year’s event on May 2 at Central Park. Join in to honor loved ones, celebrate survivors, and make a difference through fundraising challenges like the Heroes of Hope Pennants and Tribute Signs Campaigns. Every donation helps fund life-saving research, education, advocacy, and support services for people affected by cancer and their families.
Foodies and supporters of children’s services will want to mark their calendars for Child & Family Center’s 37th annual Taste of the Town on Sunday, May 3 at SoCal Innovation Park in Valencia. This premier food and wine festival showcases Santa Clarita’s finest restaurants, caterers, and beverage purveyors, offering unlimited gourmet tastings, live entertainment, and exciting auction items. Funds raised provide crucial mental health, domestic violence, and substance abuse services for children, teens, and families in our community.
Car enthusiasts and families alike can look forward to the WiSH Education Foundation’s Wish Upon A Car Showcase 2026 on May 16 at Valencia Town Center. This high-energy, family-friendly event blends classic cars, hot rods, and custom builds with food trucks, live DJ entertainment, and a kid-friendly area. Every dollar raised supports programs that enrich education within the William S. Hart Union High School District, providing resources and innovative opportunities for local students.
In addition to our cover features, this issue brings you the essential Worship Guide, CPA Guide, Pet Guide, and Dining Guide, making it easy to find the services and resources you need this season.
