This quote rang true to my heart when I first read it, however, over time it has become clearer to me the magnitude of these words. I have spoken much about the power of our thinking, of taking time to still our minds, so that something else besides that internal chatter can come forth and create better things in our lives.
This passage has helped me further to understand that through that stillness, and realigning my thoughts to shift from perhaps anything negative, to a more positive and powerful way of thinking, that it triggers an inner peace that then creates more and more of that positive energy. Simply said, happy thoughts create a happy life, or are the gateway to shifting our thinking to allow for better results. Thinking can make it so. Make sure you are in control of that monkey mind of yours and watch to see the changes. It can be powerful and liberating!
