In this ever-changing world, we can be the light. We can shine our light if we choose to, on situations, or people, and even inward to ourselves when needed. Sometimes it isn’t easy to stay in that powerful optimistic place, sometimes it takes realignment, and dedication to re-programming our mind.
The truth is whatever it takes to get into that space of being light and free of worry, is worth it to me. It is like an energy that pulls me up and allows me to see things that I can’t see when I am in the place of fear, worry, or doubt. All of those things lead to false thinking, whereas when I focus on the good things, the lighter things, the feeling let’s say that I am grateful that the sun is shining, then a peacefulness takes over and I see so many of the smaller things in life as a blessing. I know that when I enter a room and smile at a stranger that I may have helped them in some small way. Stay true to you, and your heart and create those spaces where you can give thanks, see the miracles, and radiate that back into the world! We all have the power to transcend and be the light.
